Discover Scuba Diving (DSD)

After a Try-A-Dive in the pool all those 'in need' for adventure can join us on a real dive in the ocean. Hand in hand with one of our experienced instructors you dive into the underwater world of Tenerife. This is NOT A COURSE and NO LICENCE IS NECESSARY.

At first ...
...we will teach you with a video in about 20 minutes the basics of scuba diving. 

After that...
...we take you, in complete gear, into shallow water where we will do some very easy practices which will make you familiar with your equipment and will give you confidence in handling the gear. 

And then...
... we start, hand in hand with our instructors you will realise what scuba diving is about. Encounters of Spidercrabs, Trumpet fish, Parrot fish, Octopus's, Sepia, Wrasses, sometimes even Morays and Rays are normal. Your maximum depth will not exceed 12 m (40 ft.) and your 'bottom-time' depends only on you (the faster you breathe, the shorter your dive will be!). Usually the 'bottom-time' is 30 minutes.
