The Dive Centre ATLANTIK
The Dive Centre ATLANTIK is located in the complex of the Hotel PRECISE RESORT Puerto de la Cruz about 300m from the "Loro Parque". The dive center is opened all year. Diving excursions are being offered daily excepts on Sundays to the dive sites around the whole island of Tenerife, mainly on the coast of Puerto de la Cruz. We offer PADI diving courses from beginner to instructor on highest level. We also offer specialty courses in diving with NITROX, night diving, deep diving, wreck diving, cavern diving, navigation, search and recovery, underwater photography, peak performance buoyancy, surface marker boye, dry suit diving and much more.
The diving school was founded in 1994 by the Christoph family from Germany. Since then the facilities at the dive base, the dive sites offered and the variety of training options have been continuously expanded. Today the dive center is a PADI 5 Star Gold Palm IDC Resort and therefore one of the most professional PADI dive centers in Tenerife.

We offer courses from PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors). We are a PADI GOLD PALM 5 STAR IDC RESORT.
This means, that our courses, equipment, procedures and staff do apply to the highest standards of recreational diving and scuba training.
We offer ONLINE courses as well as classroom lessons. Our training pool is heated and provides with 25°C a perfect base for your first scuba experiences.
The Atlantic Ocean provides you with a fantastic sealife and volcanic underwater landscapes at water temperatures of 18 to 25°C.
Safety in Diving
SAFETY is the most important issue to the Dive Centre ATLANTIK. Before each dive we meet in the briefing room for a detailed dive briefing, projection of dive maps, dive group organization, and description of safety procedures to ensure you know the dive site and you have a safe and fun dive with no stress.
Reception
You register and check out at our reception. Here you can also get rental regulators as well as masks, fins, computers or diving lights. There are also cold and warm drinks and a few sweet snacks available at the reception desk before or after diving.
You should also leave your valuables here at the counter before each dive, as you don't want them to be left in the vehicles on the beach or at the harbor while you go diving.
Briefing room
The briefing takes place in our briefing room every morning before diving. All newly registered divers receive a boat briefing before their first boat dive and then there is a dive site briefing and group assignment for all participants.
Theory lessons for all courses from beginners to instructors also take place here in the briefing room.
Our dive shop
Of course, we also have a shop for scuba equipment where we only stock the best diving equipment, that we can personally recommend as professional diving instructors with many years of experience. We don't sell cheap junk or useless bells and whistles.
It is particularly worthwhile for EU customers to shop here at the ATLANTIK dive shop, because here in Tenerife a sales tax of only 7% will be applied instead of the sales tax in your home country. Therefore, many pieces of equipment are simply cheaper here.
